Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at caishaoyi52@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

• If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and refund you in full.

• If you are returning the item for any other reason (for example, a change of mind or you no longer want it), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Non-returnable items

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that during this period you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless we have agreed to cover it.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
