### Where we ship from

Orders are dispatched from China. Our UK registered office is our business contact address and is not a promise of UK dispatch. Fortuna7 Jewelry remains your contact for questions about your order.

### Delivery destinations

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Germany, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Saudi Arabia and the United States. Available delivery options for your address are shown at checkout before payment.

### Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3–15 business days from the date your order is placed, including order processing and transit time. Actual timing may vary by destination, carrier, customs clearance and peak periods. This estimate does not limit your rights concerning late delivery or non-delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, contact caishaoyi52@gmail.com with your order number.

### Shipping fees

Standard shipping is US$5.77 for orders under US$5. Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$5 or more. The options and charges for your order are displayed at checkout before you pay.

### Taxes and import charges

Please review the prices, shipping charges and any taxes collected at checkout before payment. VAT or sales tax collected by us is shown in the checkout order summary. If import duties or customs charges are not included in your order total or collected at checkout, customs or the carrier may charge them on delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about charges for your destination.

We will email a tracking link when your order has shipped.

### Address changes and delivery problems

Email caishaoyi52@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to correct your delivery address or report a delivery problem. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been processed. We will work with the carrier to investigate delivery issues and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

### Returns

Returns are sent to our designated return address in China.
