### 2. Products and orders
Review the product description, materials, selected options, quantity and delivery details before submitting an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund payments collected for the unavailable items. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Minor differences caused by lighting, screens or manual measurements do not limit your rights if the goods are materially different from their description or are faulty. Follow the material and care information for the individual product.
### 3. Prices and payment
The displayed currency, item prices, discounts, available shipping charges and any taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Review the order total before paying and contact us promptly about any error. Import duties or customs charges not collected at checkout may be payable on delivery, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
### 4. Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched from China. We currently deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Germany, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Saudi Arabia and the United States. Estimated delivery is 3–15 business days from order placement, including processing and transit.
Standard shipping is US$5.77 for orders under US$5. Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$5 or more. ### 5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our [Return and Refund Policy](https://www.fortuna7jewelry.com/policies/refund-policy) explains our additional 30-day return offer, optional US$5 return label, any lawful restocking fee and refund times. Returned products are sent to China; contact us for return instructions and the correct address.
UK and EU consumers may also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Our voluntary conditions and fees do not restrict mandatory rights. You can notify us by email; a customer account is not required.
### 6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact caishaoyi52@gmail.com if an item is faulty, arrives damaged, is incorrect or is not as described. Include your order number and details of the problem. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover necessary return shipping costs. No return-label charge or restocking fee applies to these returns. Your legal rights are not limited to the voluntary 30-day period.
